Customer Identity

Private customers and representatives of business customers commit that they are adult, capable, and have provided the right and correct information about themselves while placing an order, otherwise Biometric Supply reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect and/or false customer information.

The customers will be solely responsible for any consequences, inconveniences, and losses if they provide false or incorrect information about themselves.

The customer information includes:

  • full name of the person who makes the order;
  • company name (if the order is made on behalf of a company);
  • email address;
  • full shipping address;
  • phone number.

Biometric Supply does not require its customers to register on the biometricsupply.com website at the moment, thus the Customer has to provide full and correct information while placing every order. For phone or email-placed orders, the Customer may confirm that their information remains unchanged from the previous order. See also: Privacy policy.

Pricing & Payment

  • Please note that all prices on the Biometric Supply website are listed in Euros.
  • For some products, the unit price gets lower when you buy in larger quantities. See individual item prices for details.
  • Quantity discounts do not accumulate over time.
  • Product prices are subject to change.
  • The prices do not include shipping costs or any taxes (including VAT or customs).
  • Customers from European Union member countries have to pay a 21% Value Added Tax (VAT) for the goods that are shipped from EU member countries and for the shipping of these goods unless they provide a valid VAT Payer’s ID that corresponds to their company or organization.
  • Customers should pay for their orders in advance, no payment on delivery is available. Once the order is paid for, Biometric Supply will start the delivery process.
  • There are three methods of payment available:
    • PayPal™. The secure online payment processing will be done by PayPal.
    • Credit card. For orders under 1000€, the payments are processed by https://stripe.com/
    • Bank transfer. A commercial offer will be sent to the customer after the order is placed.

Stock Availability

Each product has its stock availability, which is displayed on the product page and in your online shopping cart.

Please note that some products may become unavailable during the ordering process due to limited stock.

If your order contains items that are out of stock or exceeds the available quantity for certain items, you will not be able to pay with a credit card immediately. However, you can still place the order by selecting “Pay by Bank Transfer” during checkout.

Biometric Supply will then review the possibility of restocking the missing items. We will contact you with information about the availability of the items and your payment options.

Order Processing

Biometric Supply will try to do its best to process paid orders as soon as possible. Please note that shipping times are determined by the chosen shipping company and may not be directly influenced by Biometric Supply. This is because Biometric Supply relies on external shipping companies to deliver your order.

The order processing is done in these steps and time frames:

  1. The Customer places an order using Biometric Supply online shopping cart or by other means of communication.
    • For the shopping cart orders, all total prices for ordered products and shipping services are calculated automatically by the shopping cart software.
    • Biometric Supply will generate and send an invoice to the address provided by the customer, regardless of whether the order was placed online using the shopping cart with bank transfer payment selected, or via email, phone, or other communication channels. If any of the products or shipping services are unavailable at that moment, Biometric Supply will contact the Customer to arrange a possible solution before issuing the invoice.
  2. The Customer pays for the order using the available payment options either immediately if paying by credit card, or after receiving an invoice from Biometric Supply.
  3. Biometric Supply will process your order once payment confirmation is received.
    • Credit Card: Confirmation is typically available within the same business day or the next after your payment is submitted.
    • Bank Transfer: Confirmation can take between 1 and 5 business days to arrive after you initiate the transfer.
  4. Once Biometric Supply receives confirmation of your payment, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment. This processing typically takes 1 to 7 business days. However, if your order cannot be shipped within 7 business days, we will promptly contact you to discuss any delays and offer suitable solutions.
  5. The order is collected and delivered to the customer by a shipping company. The shipping time usually depends on the customer’s location and the availability of the shipping company. The shipping process may take up to 10 business days or more; in most cases, it takes up to 4 business days.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of the products they have ordered from Biometric Supply.

Biometric Supply utilizes major shipping companies such as DHL, UPS and TNT to deliver goods to its customers. Consequently, the delivery terms are determined by the respective shipping company responsible for delivering specific orders, and any liability for loss of products during shipment rests with the shipping company.

Biometric Supply ships from warehouses located in the US, Italy, China, India, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Lithuania. Each warehouse maintains its list of products and stock quantities. Consequently, certain products may only be available from a particular warehouse, and if your order includes various products, they may be shipped from different locations.

Biometric Supply offers only “Express” shipping.

Biometric Supply offers a premium “Express” shipping option to prioritize the fastest possible delivery for your order. This service utilizes the most rapid options available from our trusted shipping carriers, typically via air freight. For orders containing items from different locations, Biometric Supply remains committed to utilizing the fastest express service available from each respective carrier. In the rare instance where express service is unavailable from a particular location, an economical shipping method will be employed to ensure the timely arrival of your complete order.

Warranty

Biometric Supply offers manufacturer warranties on all products available for sale on our website.  If a product malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement according to their specific warranty policy.

Refunding & Returning

Biometric Supply offers a 7-day return policy for unopened and unused items that don’t meet your needs. Simply return the product within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund.

  • Customers who are eligible for returns will be refunded the original purchase price for the product.
  • Customers from European Union member countries will also be refunded the Value Added Tax (VAT) for the product.
  • Shipping charges and VAT for shipping services are not refunded.
  • The following conditions must be met for the product:
    • the product must be in working condition;
    • the product must be free of any external or internal damage;
    • the product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to the address designated by Biometric Supply.
