NCheck Finger Attendance from Neurotechnology is an end-user biometric system designed to automate employee attendance control. The system is intended for small or medium-sized businesses.

The NCheck software uses biometric fingerprint identification to track the time of each employee presence, automatically calculates summary time for each employee and generates printable reports. The software can be installed on a desktop computer or laptop (PC) that is running under Microsoft Windows. Also the software can be used in kiosk systems that are based on PC hardware, mounted fingerprint scanner and Windows OS.

NCheck software provides full control on employee attendance via check-in and check-out events with a possibility to notify users via email about issues as soon as possible. The application is managed by an administrator who can generate printable reports, export data to XLS and CSV formats, as well as manage the employees database.

The software performs fast employee enrollment and instant identification, allowing to use several fingerprints for each employee record.

NCheck Finger Attendance software requires at least 1.6 GHz processor, at least 256 MB of free RAM and a fingerprint scanner.

A license for NCheck Finger Attendance application is required for each PC that runs this application.

The NCheck Finger Attendance includes support modules for more than 90 different fingerprint scanner models from more than 40 manufacturers. The optimal performance is reached with fingerprint scanners that provide images of about 300 x 400 pixels. The "touch" capture method is the most convenient for everyday using by numerous employees as it has the least number of enrollment failures. Also a ruggedized sensor coating would ensure long lifetime for a scanner in offices with high numbers of employees.
